Nadya Malenko is a professorÌýin the Seidner Department of Finance at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.ÌýShe is also a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, a research fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research, and a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute. Malenko’s research interests are in the areas of corporate governance, private equity, political economy, and organizational economics. Her work has appeared in top academic journals and has received several awards, including the Journal of Finance Brattle Prizes and best paper awards from leading academic conferences.
Malenko's research has been featured in media outlets including the TheÌýWall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Financial Times. She is an associate editor at the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and she serves as the Editor of the ECGI Working Paper Finance Series. She received her Ph.D. from Stanford University.
